With the 28-month plan, maintenance is your responsibility, ideal for those who already have experience with motorcycles and want long-term savings.
All maintenance is the customer's responsibility during the 28-month plan; after that, the responsibility will fall to the owner.
We have a defined service area to ensure you are always covered by our services. This area is specific to each region; normally, we have a radius of up to 50km from the base where you picked up the motorcycle, but don't worry, you can request an additional 100km radius.
You need to pay the equivalent of one week's worth of the chosen plan, plus the security deposit and the insurance activation fee (a fixed, one-time, non-refundable fee).
This corresponds to the value of one month's subscription fee for your chosen plan, which you pay when you pick up the motorcycle. This amount is reserved with us and is only used in case of fines or damage due to misuse of the motorcycle. If there is no need to use it, you will receive the full amount of the deposit at the end of your subscription.
In case of accident, theft, or seizure of the motorcycle, immediately contact our support channel via WhatsApp. In these situations, a co-participation fee may be charged for activating the protection (insurance); consult the rental agreement for rates. A replacement motorcycle may be provided subject to analysis of the incident and stock availability.
